Eureka sold its equity interest in Boom in a May 2007 recapitalization led by Brantley Partners.
Campus Televideo is the nation’s leading provider of cable television, data, and other telecommunication services to the college and university market. Campus Televideo specializes in turnkey solutions for the design, installation, programming, and maintenance of integrated video and data networks for educational institutions that seek to control and customize their campus offerings.

Campus Televideo was sold to a strategic buyer in June 2015.
C/G Electrodes manufactures premium graphite electrodes used in the production of steel in electric arc furnaces ("EAF"), the technology used by mini-mills. Graphite electrodes serve as a key consumable of the power systems that generate heat as high as 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit to melt scrap steel, iron ore and other raw materials in an EAF.

Eureka successfully exited C/G Electrodes through the sale of its equity interest to the Company in a recapitalization that closed in December 2005.
Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises is the leading outsource service provider of special event digital photography services, serving many of the most prominent retail developers in North America. Since its founding in 1961, the Company has been a leading developer of high quality photographs during the holiday seasons, generating significant foot traffic for its clients and providing a memorable experience to over 2 million customers each year.

Eureka exited Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises in a November 2015 sale to a financial sponsor.
Craftex Mills is a leading provider of high-end jacquard upholstery fabrics supplied to quality residential upholstery and furniture manufacturers as well as office and hotel furniture manufacturers. Craftex also provides transportation upholstery fabrics to leading U.S. airlines.

Craftex was recapitalized in December 2003, facilitating Eureka's exit from its investment in Craftex.
Creative Co-Op, Inc. and affiliated companies (together, “Creative”) is a leading design, marketing and sourcing resource for home accent, décor and gift products. Creative is a preferred supplier to approximately 11,000 independent retailers and a diversified base of national specialty retailers. Creative provides its clients with design differentiation, merchandising expertise and over 200 manufacturing relationships through its owned sourcing and logistics operation, York Asia. Through its Shenzen, China-headquartered entity Creative Home, Creative sells products to wholesale customers in over 30 countries in Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa, and manages a retail operation in China that includes storefronts in over 15 cities.

Eureka exited its investment in Creative Co-Op in a November 2015 recapitalization sponsored by Freeman Spogli & Co.
Elite Health Solutions, through its operating subsidiary Lackawanna Mobile Diagnostic Services, is a regional provider of portable x-ray and related mobile diagnostic health services. Lackawanna serves nursing homes, hospitals, physician offices, private homes and correctional facilities from operating hubs in northeast Pennsylvania, the greater Philadelphia area and West Virginia.

Elite was sold to a strategic buyer in December 2009.
Maxima is a full-service, global manufacturing company specializing in electronic controls, vehicle instrumentation, components and related accessories for off-highway equipment, specialty vehicles, industrial and on-highway vehicles, as well as the automotive aftermarket. Maxima markets its products under four distinct brands: AST, Datcon, Stewart Warner and Stewart Warner Performance.

Maxima was sold to Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU) on December 22, 2006 in a cash transaction valued at approximately $91 million.
Milestone provides products of tradition for universities, colleges and high schools including class rings, alumni association watches, graduation announcements, custom regalia and other school affiliation products. Milestone markets its commemorative products directly to students and alumni.

In July 2002, Milestone was sold to American Achievement Corporation, Inc., a portfolio company of Castle Harlan, Inc.
Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Corporation operates a regional railroad system located in Maine, Vermont, Quebec and New Brunswick. MMA acquired out of bankruptcy most of the assets of the former Bangor & Aroostook Railroad Company. MMA transports a wide variety of commodities for its customers, with paper and wood related products being by far the biggest contributors to both volume and revenue.
MTS Medication Technologies (AMEX: MPP) supplies medication compliance packaging products and medication dispensing systems that are primarily sold to institutional pharmacies that service nursing homes, assisted living facilities and correctional facilities. MTS developed the first automated packaging machine designed to fill and seal medications into disposable punch cards.

In May 2004 Eureka exercised and sold its warrant shares into the public market. Eureka fully realized its investment in MTS through a redemption of its convertible preferred that closed in December 2006.
Nailite International manufactures high-quality specialty siding products and accessories. Nailite’s products are low maintenance, durable and provide an upscale alternative to conventional vinyl siding that authentically simulates the appearance and texture of cedar shingle, stone or brick for significantly less cost to the consumer than natural materials.

In April 2003, Eureka successfully exited Nailite through its sale to Graham Partners, a private equity firm in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
NetBoss Technologies provides network management assurance software and services to its customers in the mobile and fixed telecommunications, transportation, and utility industries, and in local and federal governments and agencies around the world. NetBoss’s software provides its customers with mapping and management capabilities for their complex and multi-vendor hardware and software IT networks, allowing them to identify faults, to resolve issues remotely and in a timely manner, and to provide uninterrupted service to their end-users.

Eureka exited its investment in NetBoss Technologies in a May 2016 sale to Enghouse Systems.



Formerly a unit of Dun & Bradstreet, RMS is the largest provider of commercial collection services in North America and among the ten largest collection agencies in the world. RMS provides several types of commercial receivable management services, including total outsourcing solutions, third party collections, customer verification and profiling, to thousands of corporate clients.

In September 2005, RMS was sold to an entity controlled by Citicorp Venture Capital.
Specialty Pharma, through its operating subsidiary Professional Home Care Services, is a regional provider of home infusion and respiratory therapy services. Specialty Pharma also distributes and administers biotechnology drug therapies such as Synagis® in patient home and physician office settings.

In September 2006, Eureka sold Specialty Pharma to Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KCHS Holdings, which is an affiliate of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C.
Synygy is a leading provider of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) software and services. Synygy’s award-winning EIM solutions help create performance-driven organizations, enabling companies to better define performance, reward success and deliver results.

Eureka successfully exited its investment in Synygy through a recapitalization that closed in April 2006.
Total Military Management is a leading business process outsourcing company focused on the complete management of U.S. military domestic and international household relocations. TMM works with carriers, agents and other service providers to manage the complexities of procuring military moves, military base transportation procedures, and the systems put in place by the Department of Defense (“DoD”) for authorization to conduct business with military base transportation offices. TMM provides its network members with logistics, administrative, and sales and marketing services to make DoD traffic more profitable for the service providers while ensuring the highest level of service is provided to military personnel and their families.

Eureka exited Total Military Management in an April 2012 recapitalization led by TZP Capital Partners I, L.P.
TransCore is a leading wireless technology, systems and services provider that enhances transportation mobility and enables mobile-commerce. TransCore’s broad suite of technology applications and services include toll collection systems, traffic management systems and traveler information systems. In addition, TransCore offers information, regulatory and payment-card services to commercial vehicle operators.

On December 13, 2004, Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE:ROP) acquired TransCore in a cash transaction valued at approximately $600 million.
